What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"Pixel 5, flashcard writing mode. The "Clear" button doesn't fit the screen, can't use it"
Oleksandr Tubolets
"Warning: this does NOT contain any of the heisig method stories for actually learning the kanji. Since this is arguably the single most important part of the heisig learning method, do not buy this app if you do not have access to the original books. This is a companion/review app only. It does add readings for the kanji, but this is not a standalone app for learning using the heisig method."
Jay Wright
"There are better apps then this on on playstore for free. I thought I will not have to make story and my time will be saved but that is not the case."
atul sain
"Personally I have the books but at the moment of study and practice, to have them in your phone/tablet is very useful. I had some bugs at the beginning but by contacting the developer they quickly worked on the bugs and also take my recommendations to improve the app. Highly recommended app if you want to master the Kanji world"
hernz G
"I like that it only has the radicals from RTK, so you can create stories by yourself without the book specific stories for the first section. My only problem is that the stroke animation is completely glitched. So, learning/reviewing the kanji through the app is completely pointless because you can't remember the how the kanji looks/is drawn, which is half of RTK's point"
Donovan Massey
"I love it! ..."
hannibal Lecter Corleone
"Great app. Unfortunately it crashes when reading certain Kanji characters such as fortune-telling or smash. Update: The issue has been fixed in the last update. Thanks a lot!!"
Rajendra Kshirsagar
"Poor experience, the app crashes randomly EDIT: Ok, thanks for the reply and the update, I can't reproduce the error anymore, at least not with the same frequency it used to happen. It's a shame I don't use the app anymore that much. Will leave the suggestion here, have you considered providing a way to export the cards to an anki card? I've moved my studies to anki because I like the revision system they provide :D"
Vinicius Hoyer
"Crashing all the time now. Really needs an update this has potential but it's getting infuriating."
K Shep
"Good app. Would be nice to have an option to train multiple chapters together."
